To Our Neill Customers,

Thank you to all who have reached out with kindness and concern this past week. We are continuing to make great progress!

Our distribution and call centers were able to resume operations on Tuesday, August 31. Those able to safely travel are reporting in to receive, pack and ship your orders.

We are pleased to report that UPS picked up and processed orders last night. We are approximately one day behind our normal shipping schedule and anticipate being fully caught up by Tuesday.

Thank you for your patience as we resume our normal level of service.
