Pricing Your Team

by Matthew Rouse, Director of Operations for Aveda Institute Des Moines and four Serenity Couture Salons as referenced during the June 13, 2022 salon leadership call

Inflation Workbook Tool

The first sheet is general information about inflation and some graphs for owners to share with their team should they want to.

The second sheet labeled 'stylist data' is where you can input specific stylist information & the price increase. Once you have filled out the relevant stylist information the sheet auto-populates data for that stylist.

The third and fourth sheets labeled 'increase' and 'no increase' auto-populate from the 'stylist data' sheet and create an example the same way that was shown during the call.

The only editable ranges on the sheets are on the 'stylist data' sheet. Additionally, each sheet is hyperlinked at the top for easy navigation.

Note: This file needs to be downloaded and opened with excel locally. The cloud version does not support hyperlinks within the workbook.
