Heads-up! Aveda Network Survey Coming to Inboxes Soon
Dear Aveda Salon Partners,
Our mission at Aveda is to care for the world we live in. Aveda salons and artists are at the heart of what we do, and we are committed to providing care to those who so beautifully care for others.
To achieve this, we are working with an insights agency to contact a select group of salon owners and hair artists in order to understand them more deeply. This will enable us to support you and your teams in the most inspiring way.
Here’s more information about this upcoming program:
Who? We’ll contact a select group of salon owners, hair artists and Aveda Institute Students via email invitation to encourage them to complete a 20-minute online survey. These names will be randomly pulled from Aveda Pure Pro.
What? Topics in the survey will range from artist aspirations, to goals, to working styles. Specifically, we will explore our hair artist community by understanding attitudes, behaviors, and motivations. Responses will be confidential and anonymous.
Why? We want to understand how to best support the network and help set everyone up for success! By understanding our community on a deeper level, we hope to achieve this goal. We will also share insights and associated actions with our network as a follow-up to the research.
When? The survey will be conducted this month, May 2021
What’s in it for participants? Participants will not only influence Aveda initiatives, but they will also have the opportunity to win one of 36 cash prizes totaling $4,000.
We believe that it’s important for you to know about this initiative in the event any of you or your team members are randomly selected for this survey which will be deployed next week.
As always, participation is highly encouraged but entirely optional.
